great location and comfy room
great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfy and clean room, nice breakfast, a handwritten welcome note. I would stay there again.
no bad points. one comment: the chocolates next to the handwritten welcome note are apparently not free, which was misleading. i was not charged after clarifying the honest confusion at reception.

marvelous stay in Madrid
wonderful hotel in nice neighborhood. good location for exploring Madrid on foot. felt safe walking at night. friendly staff. great rooftop terrace and bar.

Brilliant location, good size rooms and lovely staff on reception
The roof top bar is a little confusing when you first visit as the staff ignore you, so not sure if you have to wait to be seated, not sure if you have to go to the bar to get served because if you go straight to a table they dont come and ask for your order so i ended up ordering at the bar but after they came to the table staff could have been more welcoming when you first go there. Also massively disappointed that the pool was closed in May, I am sure when I booked it said the pool was covered and open all year but at the hotel it said pool only open June to September, we chose this hotel because we wanted a pool
